General Settings


Once you have gone through the Kickoff Meeting, go through all the WordPress General settings and replace your Base Installation information with the client’s information.


If you haven’t yet changed the Administration Email Address, do this right away while the client is available to check their email for the confirmation link.


If you have the logo file, you can add that to your theme settings or anywhere else the logo might be. Follow best practices when preparing the file for web. The logo file is especially important because the logo is one of the first things Google bots will “see” on the site, and because it is on every page of the website.
